The organization is dedicated to leaving a positive impact on medicine and the communities it serves globally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas for a Medical Device Sales Representative. The responsibilities include promoting and selling Arthrex’s medical devices, managing client relationships, and supporting healthcare professionals effectively within the medical and operating room environment. The individual will provide product demonstrations, assist in surgical procedures when required, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical and professional expertise.Qualifications • Knowledge of Orthopedics and Operating Room protocols is preferred. • Understanding of medical concepts and practices, particularly in relation to surgical procedures. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. • Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic who'e able to thrive in a team environment. • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field preferred. • Previous experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare field is advantageous. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Willingness to travel for client visits, training, and meetings.
