Summer School Teachers: Grades K-12+ Teacher of the Visually Impaired

Summer School Teacher Of The Visually Impaired Greenwich Public Schools seeks a Grades K-12+ teacher of the visually impaired for its 2026 Summer School program. The Elementary Summer School will be located at New Lebanon Elementary School, and the Secondary Summer School will be located at Greenwich High School, from July 6 through August 13, Mondays through Thursdays. An additional preparation day will occur, date to be determined. The Grades K-12 teacher of the visually impaired must be certified in Partially Sighted, Grades PreK-12 (#055), or Blind, PreK-12 (#059). Compensation for all hours will be at the individual teacher's hourly per diem rate as based on the Agreement between the Greenwich Board of Education and the Greenwich Education Association. Position is dependent on student enrollment. Preference will be given to Greenwich Public Schools teachers contracted for the 2026-27 school year, and then to other Greenwich Public Schools benefits-eligible employees.
