The company is widely adopted by developers and trusted by large enterprises across industrial, automotive, and healthcare use cases. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving AI organization early, with meaningful ownership and a direct path to growth as the go-to-market team scales in NYC. The Opportunity We’re hiring 2–3 Sales Development Representatives to help build and scale a modern outbound + inbound engine targeting both growth-stage and enterprise customers. This is not a “script-only” SDR seat—this role rewards people who can learn a technical product, communicate crisply, and run high-quality discovery. What You’ll Do Prospect into target accounts via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline Manage inbound leads and re-engage dormant opportunities with strong follow-up discipline Run discovery calls to uncover use cases, pain points, and buying intent before handing off to Account Executives Build thoughtful messaging and creative outbound campaigns tailored to technical personas Partner closely with Sales + Marketing to test new outbound angles, improve lead quality, and refine ICP What We’re Looking For Must-haves 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience (or exceptional entry-level candidates with strong signals) Comfort with cold calling and high-activity outbound Strong communication: clear, concise, and persuasive Coachable, curious, and motivated to learn technical concepts Able to work in NYC and be in-office 2–3 days/week Nice-to-haves Experience in technical SaaS , devtools, or selling to technical buyers Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay Startup experience (high ownership / ambiguity) Not a fit if You’ve held multiple SDR roles in a short timeframe (job hopping) You struggle to explain concepts clearly or learn technical products quickly You require visa sponsorship Why This Role Work in a high-velocity AI category with real customer adoption and meaningful use cases Get exposure to technical selling + discovery early—excellent foundation for future AE growth Join a lean, collaborative team where your output directly shapes the sales motion
