Job Description
:Client is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software Deployment Lead to support the ATLAS program — a large-scale transformation initiative deploying enterprise workforce management solutions to 55,000+ employees across the United States and Canada. This role will play a critical part in designing, configuring, and deploying a modern timekeeping and workforce management platform across multiple waves. Program Scope The ATLAS program is modernizing workforce management capabilities across North American operations, including: Time tracking Scheduling (standard & job-based) Absence management Compliance reporting Enterprise workforce analytics Key Responsibilities End-to-End SDLC Support Lead and support full lifecycle implementation: Requirements gathering Design Build & configuration Testing Training Deployment Post-go-live support WorkForce Software Expertise Hands-on experience configuring and deploying: Time & Attendance Standard Scheduling Job Scheduling Absence Case Tracking Reporting modulesMust-Have Skills & ExperienceHands-on WorkForce Software configuration (Time & Attendance, Standard & Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting modules)Full SDLC and multi-wave deployment experienceExperience with enterprise deployments (10,000+ employees), preferably in automotive/manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of US and Canadian labor regulationsStrong cross-functional collaboration (HR, IT, Operations, Finance)Nice To HaveAutomotive manufacturing backgroundExperience with union and non-union workforce operationsExposure to complex shift schedules and workforce analyticsSkills RequiredProgram & Project Management (PM leadership, budgets, timing) Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Workforce Management Systems Financial Reporting Project Planning & Documentation Technical & Program Analysis Cross-Functional Team Leadership Problem Solving & Solution Delivery JiraSkills Preferred:Stakeholder Engagement Partner with HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance Translate business requirements into system configurations Drive alignment across cross-functional teams Compliance & Regulatory Ensure compliance with US and Canadian timekeeping and leave regulations Validate payroll integration and policy adherence Testing & Deployment Support multi-wave deployment strategy Execute and validate system testing (UAT, regression, integration) Troubleshoot issues and support stabilization Training & Documentation Develop training materials Deliver end-user training sessions Create documentation for business and technical usersExperience Required10+ years IT experience supporting complex global programsMust-Have Skills Hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience Direct experience with: Time & Attendance Standard & Job Scheduling Absence Case Tracking Reporting Strong knowledge of US timekeeping regulations and Canadian labor requirements Experience supporting full software deployment lifecycle Background in large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees) Experience in automotive/manufacturing environments (union & non-union) Soft Skills Strong communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally (HR, IT, Operations, Finance) Fast-paced, solution-oriented mindsetExperience PreferredExperience working in an automotive manufacturing environment Strong understanding of union and non-union workforce requirementsFamiliarity with complex manufacturing shift operations, including rotating shifts, plant schedules, and job-based schedulingProven experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees)Knowledge of Canadian labor regulations, timekeeping laws, and leave of absence requirementsBackground in project management and/or business analysis, preferably within enterprise HR or workforce systems deploymentsEducation RequiredBachelor's DegreeWhat Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
