This is an execution-focused role requiring field service expertise rather than validation-heavy experience.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of freeze dryersExecute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenanceConduct temperature mapping for lyophilization systemsPerform I/O checks (signal simulation)Calibrate instrumentation (temperature, pressure, vacuum systems)Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC/control issuesPerform on-site repair, adjustment, and fault isolationSupport equipment startup and performance verificationPrepare sites for installation and equipment readinessQualificationsHands-on experience with lyophilization (freeze dryers)Background in pharma/biotech/life sciencesStrong electro-mechanical maintenance experienceExperience with:Temperature mappingI/O checksInstrument calibrationPLC troubleshooting knowledgeStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsAbility to work independently in field-based environments
