AI technical skillsRole Overview & Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and roll out engaging learning experiences—including live sessions, on-demand materials, guides, and toolkits—that help employees confidently apply AI in practical, job-relevant ways.Facilitate frequent, interactive learning opportunities such as informal lunch-and-learns, demonstrations, and department-specific workshops to keep adoption active and visible.Partner across teams to integrate AI-enabled solutions directly into everyday processes, ensuring outcomes are measurable and clearly beneficial.Serve as the central resource for organizational change efforts related to AI, providing guidance on adoption, addressing concerns, and reinforcing responsible usage standards.Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to align AI initiatives with business priorities, regulatory expectations, and client needs.Develop and launch new initiatives that encourage experimentation and broader use of AI tools throughout the bank.Work alongside business units to assess current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize automation opportunities with the greatest return.Collect and share internal success stories and real-world use cases to reinforce adoption and build confidence through peer examples.Promote secure, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies in collaboration with IT Security, Legal, and Risk partners, including oversight of controls and monitoring practices.Act as a trusted steward of systems handling sensitive data, educating employees on proper data classification and usage boundaries.Measure adoption, sentiment, and business outcomes of deployed solutions, using insights to refine and improve programs over time.Complete all required annual training and contribute to additional projects or responsibilities as needed.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a related discipline or comparable professional experience.At least three years of hands-on experience with AI or automation technologies (with emphasis on generative AI tools such as Gemini or productivity platforms), or a proven track record leading technology adoption initiatives.Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences; approachable, inquisitive, and engaging communication style.Experience designing and delivering instructor-led training or workshops for diverse audiences with varying technical backgrounds.History of successfully driving adoption of new tools, automation, or digital solutions, regardless of formal job title.Strong background in project execution involving organizational change, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management.Advanced proficiency with standard business software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting at all organizational levels.High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.Customer-focused mindset, ensuring positive experiences for both internal teams and external partners.
