This role is responsible for operating and maintaining industrial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered garments and textile products. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate industrial embroidery machines to complete production orders accurately and efficientlyHoop garments and prepare materials for embroidery productionSelect and load thread colors according to customer specifications and work ordersUpload and manage embroidery designs and machine settingsMonitor stitching quality and inspect finished products for accuracy and consistencyTroubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments as neededPerform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on embroidery equipmentMaintain organized workstations and production materialsMeet daily production goals while maintaining quality standardsFollow all company safety procedures and production guidelinesQualificationsPrevious embroidery machine operation or textile production experience preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to follow work instructions and production schedulesComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods during shiftsAbility to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs as neededFrequent use of hands for handling garments, threading machines, and detailed production workSchedule & PayMonday - Friday8:00 AM - 4:30 PMFull-time opportunityPay dependent on experienceDallas (North), TX 3372 1350 E.
