Warehouse Manager (Management)

APR is hiring for a Warehouse Manager in High Point NC! This role is moving quickly so apply today!Location - High Point NC Schedule - Monday to Friday 7am to 330pm Pay - $19 - $24 phr (DOE) Experience Must have three to five years' experience with Warehouse managing. Required to have direct report experiencing and proven time management skills Forklift experience Problem solving and makes decisions with integrity Forklift certification Key Responsibilities:Staff Management: Planning and controlling how effectively we achieve our warehouse goals.Prioritizing tasks, setting realistic goals and utilizing strategies to minimize distractions.Time management, coaching for improvements and maintain safety.Set daily delivery schedule for (3) Box truck DriversInventory Management:Maintaining accurate stock levels, reorder to keep material in stock, tracking inventory, and ensuring efficient storage.Forklift certification.Order Fulfillment:Receiving, processing, and shipping orders accurately and on timeMaintain required documents for invoicing and verification.Safety and Security:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring security of the warehouse and its contents.Perform Safety meeting on Friday with Box Truck interior inspections.Logistics:Coordinating transportation, managing shipments, and optimizing the flow of goods within the warehouse.Communicate with other departments about possible delays with shipment.Process Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations an implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.BD1Job Requirements: Benefits Available: Short/Long Term Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Term Life Short Term Disability Direct Deposit Holiday Pay Service Bonus BD1Get job alerts by email.
