Job Description Full-Time F&B ServerJOB SUMMARY :To display assertive hospitality and friendly service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Product knowledge is essential and must know all aspects of the menu and beverage offerings. Assist in monitoring the guests' needs. Maintain and support our resort's Core Values. FLSA CLASSIFICATION:Non-Exempt hourly, tipped position ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Take orders, inform kitchen of items ordered serve or deliver food and beverages to resort guests present check to guest clear table or remove tray from guestroom Assist with opening and closing of restaurant or food and beverage area Set-up, clean, tear down work station, prepare side work Follow mandatory safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures Other duties as assigned by employer PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS: Must be able to stand, walk and bend repetitively during entire shift. Must be able to climb stairs with or without accommodations Must be able to carry a tray weighing 10-20 lbs. over the shoulder. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :Experience serving customers either in a restaurant or banquet setting. One to four years of education at the high school level or equivalent education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
