We aim to execute our Built to Make You Better brand promise for all our stakeholders, including our associates.Requisition ID : 20140Employment Type : Full TimeJob Category : FacilitiesWork Location : Goodyear, AZ (PTG)BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY: Perform Facility and Shop Floor Machinery Maintenance, including oversight of outside contractors who are brought on-site to perform specific maintenance duties.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs repairs and maintenance projects.Troubleshoots and repairs any piece of machinery to ensure it works properly and is safe for associates to use.Oversees the efficient operation of utilities, including water, electricity, and HVAC systems.Maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.Manages machine maintenance schedule and interact with production to minimize downtimeSolicits proposals and review bids for outside maintenance service providers.Recommends installation and repair activities completed by anyone, including outside service providers.Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose.Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONSWhat You Need:High School Graduate with 2-Year Technical / Vocational Degree in facility management or relevant experience.Certification program in Maintenance Management and related machinery repair certifications.Minimum of five years working on CNC machinery.Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.Ability to perform several tasks simultaneouslyAbility to read maintenance manuals and understand machinery schematics.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to lift 50+pounds.Ability to work within the designated maintenance schedule generated through ECI – E2 JobBoss2 software.Comfortable working in a challenging environment to deal with the pressure when an integral piece of equipment may be go-down and in need of immediate service.Forklift Operator license required.Bonus Points If You Have:Capability/knowledge to perform annual maintenance on Platit coating vessels, ACNA CNC grinding machines, TRU-TECH/RolloMatic/Reinecker OD Grinders.Other Requirements:Safety Training for the Job: (to be completed in the first 6 months)General Safety PlanEmergency Action PlanFire Safety PlanWorking Conditions:Stationed in the shop approximately 95% of working time.Occasional overtime hours required when necessary to get critical machinery operational.Minimal safety hazards. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity.
