Director of Game PlayLocation: Hybrid position; Lehi, UtahCompany: Riddler Road RallyAbout the RoleRiddler Road Rally is preparing for launch, and we're seeking a Director of Game Play to lead the coordination and execution of immersive city-wide scavenger hunt events. Working closely with the CEO and operations team, you will oversee all aspects of event planning, puzzle creation, location scouting, and sponsor integration to create engaging and memorable gameplay experiences. If you're creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our unique and thrilling events.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute events, including puzzle creation, sponsor integration, and location logistics.Scout and assess locations, verifying puzzle sites for accessibility and technical stability.Collaborate with puzzle designers and software engineers to ensure puzzles are fun, challenging, and feasible.Work closely with marketing and sales to integrate sponsor products and locations into gameplay.Manage logistics for event swag and sponsor shipments.Oversee the full event lifecycle, from concept through live event management.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Communications, Game Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if compensated by experience).8+ years of experience in event planning, game design, or a similar role.Strong skills in project management, event logistics, and creative problem-solving.Technical proficiency with GPS, event management software, and data entry systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with sponsors, teams, and clients.Ability to analyze data to optimize event locations and logistics.Why Join Us?Join an innovative startup with the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences.
