April 30 8:30a- May 5 8:30a (can start 5/1 8:30a also but prefer 4/30 start)June 1 8:30a-June 8 8:30aMore dates to be offeredProvider will be expected to cover both clinic and call coverage during these stintsProvider will be expected to be in clinic and on call from 830am-5pm on weekdaysThey will then be on night call from 5pm-8:30am the next dayWeekends will be 24hr call coverageCall is beeper with 20-30 min response timeAverage 5 patients per shift100% adult patients15% trauma, 60% office/clinic, 40% hospitalWill see complex spine casesTrauma level 3Epic EMRRequirements: BC, Clean file, Active CA license, Active CA DEA, Fluro required90 day average credentialing timeframeTemporary privileges available
