Position OverviewWe are seeking a performance-driven Paid Media & Creative Specialist to own and execute our digital advertising strategy across key platforms. This role is unique in that it blends media buying expertise with creative execution-you won't just manage campaigns, you'll help concept, create, and optimize the ads that drive them.The ideal candidate understands that great performance comes from the intersection of data and creative-and is equally comfortable analyzing ROAS as they are developing scroll-stopping content.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & ExecutionPlan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platformsManage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to drive efficient growthMonitor performance daily and adjust campaigns to hit revenue and ROI targetsOwn reporting and provide clear insights on performance, trends, and opportunitiesCreative Development & ExecutionConcept and produce ad creative (static, video, UGC-style, etc.) aligned with brand and campaign goalsWrite compelling ad copy and hooks tailored to each platformCollaborate with internal teams and external creators to develop high-performing contentContinuously test new creative angles, formats, and messaging to improve performanceTesting & OptimizationBuild and manage structured A/B testing plans across creative, audiences, and offersIdentify winning combinations and scale effectivelyUse data to inform creative direction and iterate quicklyCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and inventoryPartner with creative and content teams when needed to expand asset productionEnsure messaging consistency across paid, organic, and email channelsQualifications3-6+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns with proven resultsStrong background in Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok/YouTube a plus)Experience creating ad creative (video editing, static design, or directing UGC-style content)Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV)Ability to translate data into actionable creative and media decisionsProficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)Strong copywriting skills for performance marketingWhat Success Looks LikeScalable, profitable paid media campaigns that drive measurable revenue growthConsistent pipeline of high-performing creative assetsClear reporting and insights that inform business decisionsStrong alignment between paid media, brand, and sales initiatives
