The collaborative environment features strong community involvement and a solid sense of teamwork, providing exceptional healthcare to the growing community and surrounding area.Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent CareJob Details: 0.75 FTE position in a busy Urgent Care setting Must be certified to care for individuals of all ages Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals Provide care emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention Manage patient variety and high-acuity needs Work schedule includes 2-3 shifts/week rotating every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am-4pm Variable schedule may include floating to cover CME/vacations at Park Rapids HWY 34 Walk-In Clinic Opportunity to provide coverage in ED if interested Join a team of 3 Advanced Practice Providers with MD oversight Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant from an accredited program Experience in Emergency Medicine, Walk-In or Urgent Care preferred Current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota (if NP) Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota National certification in applicable area Current CPR certification Position requires high level of customer service skills Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practiceCompensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
