This hybrid role offers direct mentorship, clear pathways for long-term career growth, and the flexibility of working both in-office and remotely.Primary Responsibilities Act as the dedicated point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance. Prepare, process, and track crucial financial paperwork, including new account applications and asset transfers. Coordinate and schedule client review meetings, managing advisor calendars to maximize efficiency. Maintain flawless, compliant client records within the firm CRM and internal databases. Collaboratively resolve complex operational issues with custodians and third-party vendors.Required Qualifications Two plus years of operational or client service experience within wealth management, financial planning, or banking. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport. Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Proficiency with modern wealth management technology, financial software, and CRM platforms.
