Endpoint Administrator (5623)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Endpoint Administrator to join our client’s team in Fort Worth, TX. This is an onsite contract position.SALARY: $23-$25 per hour (depending on experience)Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.Requirements 1+ year experience imaging physical and virtual endpoints 1+ year experience with ticketing systems and SLA adherence 1+ year experience performing hardware receive, staging, QA, and troubleshooting Hands-on hardware experience with endpoint devices Familiarity with asset tracking systems, preferably ServiceNow Physical capability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs Strong operational discipline, including ticket hygiene and maintaining accurate asset recordsResponsibilities Receive, stage, QA, and troubleshoot endpoint hardware Support inventory processing, ensuring accurate tagging and recording in ServiceNow Assist with deploying and configuring Windows laptops/desktops, MacBooks, and Cisco hard phones Perform basic troubleshooting of endpoint devices and supporting engineering testing efforts Contribute to endpoint hardware fulfillment, inbound and outbound logistics Support ongoing inventory audits and asset management activities Follow established procedures and SLAs to meet operational standards Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless endpoint management and supportNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
