The ideal candidate will have a solid background in P&C insurance, data analysis, and system integrations.Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with Earnix platform (PriceIt, Model Builder)Expertise in configuring:Rate tablesRating logic and calculationsStrategy trees and underwriting rulesStrong SQL skills (Oracle or SQL Server) for data extraction and analysisExperience with data integration and API-based system connectivityFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Python or RExperience integrating Earnix with core systems like Guidewire PolicyCenterStrong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, pricing, and rating algorithmsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and configure pricing models, rate tables, and underwriting rules in EarnixDevelop and maintain rating routines and segmentation strategiesIntegrate Earnix with external systems using APIs and data pipelinesAnalyze data and embed predictive models into the Earnix frameworkPerform unit, integration, and regression testingPrepare test plans and maintain testing documentationParticipate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement)Conduct demos for stakeholders and obtain business sign-offsManage deployments across environments (staging to production)Ensure production readiness and support go-live activitiesAdditional Skills (Preferred)Experience working in Agile environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPrior experience in actuarial or pricing systems is a plus
