Pay Rate Low: 42 | Pay Rate High: 47This is a great opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge work in genomics and therapeutics by supporting the development of a robust and innovative therapeutic pipeline.The Lab Manager is part of the Analytical Sciences group and focuses on supporting GMP Quality Control laboratory operationsKey ResponsibilitiesManage the full GMP sample lifecycle, including receipt, labeling, storage, tracking, and disposalMaintain sample inventory systems (e.g., LIMS/ERP) to ensure traceability and data integrityCoordinate management of reference standards and critical reagentsEnsure proper documentation practices are consistently followedOversee stability program activities, including:Scheduling and pulling samples in coordination with testing teamsCoordinate instrument lifecycle activities, including qualification, calibration, and maintenanceEnsure all instruments remain in a qualified and audit-ready statePartner with subject matter experts (SMEs) for technical input on instrument performance and useSupport preparation for internal and external audits and inspectionsAssist with deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control processesSupport record review activities to ensure complianceQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field7+ years of experience in a GMP QC laboratoryExperience in lab operations, sample management, or stability programsExperience supporting audits and inspections in regulated environmentsExperience with sample management systems (LIMS/ERP)Familiarity with instrument qualification and maintenance processes
