We think you’ll find what you want here because what we do matters - to us, our customers, and most of all, our team members.Location: Chattanooga, TNSummaryAs a Senior Operations Coordinator you will schedule and coordinates complex jobs and customers with multiple accounts by using good judgment to ensure schedules use appropriate resources efficiently.What You'll DoTrack technician call backs, check collection, commissions and reports as assigned.Notify management of subcontractors that do not meet Vector policies/procedures.Monitor and track daily activities and reassigns as needed.Resolve more complex customer issues.Focus on profitable & beneficial business outcomes.Provide innovative solutions.What You'll NeedHigh School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1‐3-year customer service experience - preferred.Advanced customer service skills.
