Why This RoleWe’re looking for a Project Manager who can independently run projects, keep teams aligned, and deliver results.This role is ideal for a dynamic, experienced Project Engineer or a Project Manager who has moved beyond coordination and is ready to fully own execution, schedules, and customer communication on technically complex and fast paced projects.What You’ll Be DoingOwn cleanroom POD projects from project conception through closeoutBuild and manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, milestonesServe as the primary day‑to‑day customer contact. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and site teams efforts to optimize project life cycles.Identify risks early and drive solutionsLead project meetings and status updatesEnsure documentation, quality, and closeout requirements are metYou’ll operate independently, with leadership support available when guidance and escalation is needed.Who This Role Is ForYou’re a strong fit if you:Have run projects end‑to‑end, not just supported themAre comfortable holding vendors, teams, and timelines accountableAre naturally project and process-driven, with a focus on repeatable success.Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholdersKnow how to balance schedule, cost, and scope trade‑offsWant responsibility and ownership — without senior‑level bureaucracyWhat We’re Looking ForRequired+2 years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineered systemsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong working knowledge of schedules, budgets, and risk managementAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365; MS Project preferredPreferredBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.Experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated environmentsExperience coordinating engineering and manufacturing teams
