General DescriptionReceive store and issue materials from warehouse storage locationsDUTIESUpdate and maintain inventory in CostPoint, ADIS, and/or management databasePrepare, verify and organize material receipt documentation for Quality Assurance inspectionMaintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in specified warehouse locationsCommunicate schedules and deadlines to internal departments and external suppliers as neededPackage and prepare materials for shipment and prepare appropriate shipping documentationSchedule shipments for pickup utilizing appropriate shipping company computer interfacesAssemble and prepare production kits utilizing engineering documentation as directedOther duties as assignedEducation/Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentRequiresa minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experienceMust be able to read and understand engineering documents such as CAD drawings and Bills of MaterialMust have previous experience with Deltek CostpointMust be able to utilize material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forkliftsRequires time management, organization, and the ability to deal with complex tasksRequires a basic knowledge of process improvementRequires the understanding of material inventory controlRequires basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office productsWe maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.Physical RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
