Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Hearing Protection Fit Technician located in the Greater Chicago Area. The primary responsibilities include conducting fittings for dB Blocker hearing protectors, ensuring a proper and comfortable fit for customers. You will provide product education, assist customers with their hearing protection needs, and maintain clear communication to deliver excellent customer service. Accurate record-keeping and the ability to use basic computer systems to log customer data are essential. As this is an in-person role, exceptional interpersonal and customer interaction skills are critical to success.
