Maintenance Supervisor
About The RoleThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Technicians and overseeing the physical upkeep of multiple residential properties across Northwest Arkansas. This is a portfolio-wide, working supervisor role - you will both lead your team and perform hands-on maintenance work alongside them. As a leading real estate and property management team in Northwest Arkansas, our focus is on enhancing the real estate experience through diligent, customer-centered property management.The Elevation CAREs team is Committed, Attentive, Responsive, and Engaged - with every client, resident, and team member.What Will I Do?Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedbackOversee work orders, preventive maintenance, unit make-readies, and curb appeal to ensure timely, high-quality resultsSchedule and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff; coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as neededPerform and delegate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance systemsMaintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and parts, ensuring cost-effective use of resourcesEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals and equipmentConduct regular inspections of property grounds, buildings, and equipment, addressing issues proactivelyNavigate and manage work orders and maintenance records in Entrata and AppFolioUtilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar) for scheduling, reporting, and team communicationAssist the Property Manager with budgeting for maintenance operations, capital improvements, and vendor servicesPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent GED required; technical training or certifications preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleHands-on working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairEPA 608 Certification required; CAMT® certification strongly preferredProficiency with property management software (Entrata and/or AppFolio)Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsReliable transportation and a valid driver's license requiredAvailable Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM, with availability for after-hours emergency callsSound like the right place for you?Apply now to join our team!Elevation Real Estate and Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Salary: $60000 - $70000 per year
