The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on industry experience and a strong work ethic. This role supports both routine property maintenance and installation/construction projects for residential and commercial clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLandscape Maintenance• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and blowing• Install and maintain plants, shrubs, sod, mulch, and decorative materials• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently• Assist with irrigation system inspections and minor repairs• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesLandscape Construction• Assist with installation of plant beds, trees, sod, and landscape enhancements• Install mulch, rock, edging, and landscape fabric• Assist with hardscape installations including pavers, retaining walls, and walkways• Support grading, site prep, and drainage solutions• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment• Follow construction plans and supervisor instructionsQualifications• 1–3 years of experience in landscape maintenance and/or landscape construction• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday• Experience operating commercial equipment (mowers, trimmers, compactors, saws, etc.)• Reliable, punctual, and team-orientedPreferred Skills• Knowledge of Southwest Florida plant materials and turf types• Experience with paver installation and basic hardscape construction• Basic irrigation knowledge• Ability to read basic landscape plansCompensation & Benefits• Competitive hourly pay based on experience• Overtime opportunities available• Opportunity for advancement into crew leader or foreman rolesCompany DescriptionEarth Line Landscape Company is a locally owned and operated landscape firm serving Southwest Florida, with a strong focus on landscape construction and outdoor transformations.
