Reporting to the Project Executive, you’ll guide complex capital projects from early planning through closeout, working closely with owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders unique to school and campus environments.What You’ll DoLead multiple education projects simultaneously using established project controls and proceduresProvide on site leadership in scheduling, safety, construction quality, and design coordinationManage change orders, cost reviews, contractor payment applications, and procurement processesCoordinate with school district administrators, facilities teams, academic departments, and community groups to maintain alignment with program goalsAddress project critical issues that arise in active learning environments, including phased construction, site constraints, and occupant safetySupport early planning efforts such as educational specifications, design development, and budget/schedule validationEnsure strict adherence to safety and security requirements for occupied school and campus facilitiesHere's what you'll needBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on large projects/programsStrong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship buildingStrong understanding of pre design, pre construction, contract management, project delivery methods, and building systemsAbility to manage 4–5 projects at once while providing confident, effective leadership on active school or campus sitesIdeally, You’ll Also Have Experience managing Pre K–12 school construction, district capital programs, or Higher Education facilities projectsCertified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification#EastPMCM #NorthPMCMOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
