The Administrative Assistant position is a vital part of supporting advisors, enhancing client experiences, and maintaining the firm’s high level of service.Job Responsibilities:Schedule all annual review meetings with existing clients.Prepare and process all applications, transfer paperwork, account service and maintenance requests.Preparation of reports and other materials for client or prospect meetings.Perform post-meeting tasks as assigned by advisor.Client relationship management (CRM) - using Advisor360 software and other programs.Documents and applications - scanning and indexing.Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly.Create and schedule email marketing and social media posts.Schedule, plan, and advertise for client appreciation events and webinars.Qualifications:Previous experience in financial services preferred.Honest, principled and self-motivated.Excellent customer service and phone skills.Professional communication skills - both written and verbal.Must be organized and detail oriented.Flexible to technological and regulatory changes, as well as to changes in day-to day tasks.Capable to manage complicated tasks with many moving parts.Self-directed to follow up on tasks in progress.Able to work independently or as part of a team.Effective and efficient time management.Computer literate to include knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.Must be able to pass a background check including but not limited to fingerprinting and credit check.** $1,500 Sign on Bonus granted after background check passed and 30 days of employment with no performance issues.Work Location:100 Sterling Pkwy, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050
