Pegasystems Consultant (CSSA / LSA)
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Pega Consultant with strong expertise in Pega PRPC and Smart Dispute Framework to design and deliver dispute management solutions for banking, cards, and payments clients. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience with deep hands-on knowledge of Pega platforms and dispute lifecycle processes.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Pega PRPC platform.Configure and customize Smart Dispute Framework for chargebacks, fraud disputes, and claims management.Build case types, workflows, data models, integrations (REST/SOAP), and UI components.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails, coding standards, and performance optimization.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, testing, and production support.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership (for LSA-level candidates).Required Skills:10+ years of overall IT experience.5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC.CSSA certification required; LSA preferred.Strong expertise in case management, flows, decisioning, data pages, and integrations.Mandatory experience with Pega Smart Dispute Framework.Experience in dispute lifecycle, chargebacks, card/payment disputes, and fraud workflows.Preferred Domain Experience:Banking / Financial Services.Credit cards, payments, fraud, and dispute management systems.
