Consults customers with necessary repair service and makes recommendations for preventative maintenance.Communicate status of vehicles throughout the repair process with the customer.Schedules service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work.Examine warranty claims and submit any qualifying items to the appropriate manufacturer.Prepare invoices and receive payment or obtain credit authorization for customers as needed.Acts upon all customer complaints. Refers all unsettled complaints to the Service Manager.Maintains a clean store, with a neat and orderly appearance.Maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance, appropriate for the position and situation.Assist the Service Manager in any service activities needed in the shop.Helps to attain or exceed the established revenue and profit goals for the store.QualificationsOrganized and friendly personalityTime management skillsFantastic communication skills with your customersProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceConsistent record of service and sales successStrong record of positive customer satisfaction resultsTeam oriented and self-motivatedAble to work with little supervisionClean driving record and valid driver's license
