This project involves replacing and upgrading end-of-life desktops and laptops across healthcare facilities.This role is ideal for experienced IT technicians who are comfortable working independently and executing full deployment workflows in a high-volume environment.Project DetailsLocation: Pendleton, OROpenings: 1Start Date: July 13, 2026End Date: October 31, 2026Duration: 4-month contractSchedule: Monday–FridayShifts: Flexible (day or night based on site requirements)Compensation$27 - $32/hourWhat This Role OffersEnd-to-end ownership of deployment and troubleshootingExperience supporting large-scale enterprise device rolloutsExposure to healthcare IT systems and environmentsOpportunity to work independently within a structured deployment frameworkKey ResponsibilitiesExecute full device deployment workflows for desktops and laptopsPerform imaging and configuration, including Windows 11 upgrades and legacy device supportInstall and configure workstations, including peripherals and cable managementConduct system validation and ensure full functionality prior to user handoffProvide onsite and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport printer installation and troubleshootingMaintain asset tracking, inventory records, and deployment documentationTrack and document all work performed in designated systemsEnsure compliance with deployment processes and timelinesProvide professional, customer-focused support to end-usersRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in desktop support, PC technician, or similar roleStrong experience with LAN/WAN troubleshootingDeep understanding of computer hardware and systemsExperience working in healthcare environmentsExperience supporting enterprise IT environmentsExperience with remote troubleshooting tools and processesKnowledge of data security and privacy principlesPrinter support experienceExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsStrong organization and time management abilitiesDegree in a technical field or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsCompTIA A+ certificationExperience with enterprise deployment or device refresh projectsFamiliarity with Windows imaging and configurationWork EnvironmentThis position is fully onsite within healthcare facilities and requires hands-on work setting up and troubleshooting IT equipment.$27 - $32 per hourExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
