Die Cutter Operator Location: Monroeville, AL (Near the Pensacola, FL State Line) Shift: 2nd Shift Employment Type: Direct Hire Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Immediate Opportunity A growing manufacturing company in Monroeville, AL is seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator to join its production team. Position Details Permanent 2nd Shift position Training will be conducted on 1st Shift Must be available to work every other Saturday as needed Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain die-cutting equipment Monitor production quality and make adjustments as necessary Ensure all products meet quality and customer specifications Troubleshoot equipment and production issues Maintain production efficiency while adhering to safety standards Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a skilled Die Cutter Operator Experience with Digital Die Cutters and Rotary Die Cutters preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong work ethic and reliability Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience Relocation assistance available Comprehensive benefits package upon hire Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Long-term career growth opportunities Submit resumes directly to company website.
