Verify that all materials conform to PennDOT, PTC, and other applicable industry specifications. Maintain accurate QC records, certifications, test results, and related documentation. Lead, supervise, and provide support and direction to QC personnel. Ensure each production site is staffed with appropriate QC coverage for testing and production support. Investigate and resolve material performance issues, providing corrective action recommendations to prevent recurrence. Review QC data and production reports to identify trends, root causes, and areas for process improvement. Recognize and act on opportunities to increase accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness of QC processes. Collaborate closely with production, dispatch, transportation, and sales teams to maintain mix design accuracy and product consistency. Coordinate material testing schedules, inspections, and equipment calibration to ensure compliance and reliability. Required Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of 3 years QA Technician experience and 5 years QA management experience. Ability to build professional relationships with inspection staff. Valid Driver's license.
