Effectively manage a portion of the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Create Team stability by leading an engaged, well-coached team. Assume responsibility for the branch in the absence of the branch manager. This position requires someone who is very positive and outgoing with good communication skills.Minimum Formal Education: Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent educational experience.ExperienceManagement experience in some capacity preferred.Three to five years experience performing all aspects of member services in a financial institution required.Other RequirementsMust possess strong communication, customer service and sales skills.Must be bondable.
