Role: Simulation EngineerLocation: Liberty NCDuration: 12 months, can be long termPay rate: $65/hour on W2, client will not consider C2CJob overview:Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Simulation Engineer will develop standardized tools, templates, and validation protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all simulation projects.The role involves development of simulation models, managing external simulation vendors and collaborating closely with internal engineers and data analysts on data integration.Required skills:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in discrete event simulation within a manufacturing environment.Proven expertise using Siemens Plant Simulation software for building and applying DES models.Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate data processing or simulation workflows.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and production systems.Please send resume ASAP.
