This role will lead Proof of Concept projects with customers and partners, drive the next generation of AI, ML, and Data Science products, define product strategy, drive innovation, ensure successful execution across the product portfolio, and support technical sales efforts in the USA.Key responsibilities include:Define and execute the product vision and strategy for software solutions in Renewable Automation & Control and Transmission and DistributionDrive the development and maintenance of a multi-year product roadmap aligned with market trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologiesEnsure strong alignment between business needs, customer demands, and technology advancementsLead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Product ManagersEstablish a strong product management framework, including agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategiesFoster innovation and collaboration across engineering, sales, and customer success teamsDefine and prioritize feature development for grid automation, controls, and energy management solutionsCollaborate closely with development, engineering, and regional project delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality software deliveryDrive the adoption of cloud, AI, and edge computing technologies in T&D automation productsEngage with utilities, regulators, and industry stakeholders to understand market dynamics and customer pain pointsStay ahead of industry standards, cybersecurity requirements, and grid modernization trendsSupport sales and marketing teams in product positioning, competitive analysis, and business developmentAct as the technical liaison between product teams and the sales organization in the USAProvide technical pre-sales support including product demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, and solution presentationsSupport sales collateral, whitepapers, and competitive intelligenceEngage with key USA-based customers and translate their feedback into product enhancementsOptimize pricing, licensing, and monetization modelsDefine and track KPIs to measure product successQualifications:15+ years of experience in Technical Product Management for T&D Automation & Control softwareStrong background in Renewable Power Plant Controls, Renewable SCADA, and Hybrid Energy Management SystemsExperience in software development, cloud platforms, AI/ML, Data Sciences, and edge computing in power systemsProven ability to lead and scale high-performing product management teamsExperience working with utilities, regulatory bodies, and grid modernization initiativesStrong understanding of industry standards such as IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE 2030.5, OpenFMB, and NERC CIPAt least 3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or supporting sales teams in the North American market is a plusExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsMBA or Master’s in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
