People Operations Administrator

Job Description: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and general HR inquiriesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experienceMaintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS)Assist with performance management cycles, employee relations matters, and engagement initiativesPartner with leadership to support employee development and retention effortsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policiesHelp implement and improve HR programs, policies, and processesSupport initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and communicationAssist in administering employee surveys and action planningHelp coordinate company events, trainings, and internal programsPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needsAssist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationsHelp manage applicant tracking system (ATS) updates and candidate pipelinesSupport a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequirements: 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of HR fundamentals (employee relations, compliance, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding)Experience supporting recruiting processes or working closely with talent acquisition teamsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindsetAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismComfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a high-growth or scaling organizationFamiliarity with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse and ADP)Exposure to multi-state employment practicesBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities for professional development and career growthA collaborative and inclusive work environment
