Job Title: Python Full Stack engineer (IAM)Location: Phoenix, AZFull timeJob DescriptionPython Full Stack engineer (IAM)Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Identity and Access Management Identity Services and Capabilities team in the Technology Risk & Information Security organizationParticipates in the design and development of systems & application programsFunctions as Senior member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices - tools, common components, and documentationMentors engineers, and may have management responsibilities over 2-3 engineersIdentifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologiesWorks closely with product owners on blueprints and annual planning of feature sets that impact multiple platforms and productsWorks with product owners to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issuesGeneric Managerial Skills,6-9 years of software development experienceDemonstrated experience leading teams of engineers with at least one year's experience in a team leader roleFamiliar with Agile or other rapid application development methodsExperience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages as appropriateHands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testingAbility to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutionsAbility to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problemsAbility to enable business capabilities through innovationLooks proactively beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunitiesHigh energy, demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies, and takes pride in how fast they develop working softwareExperience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databasesDemonstrated experience with object-oriented design and coding with variety of languages
