You won't be tucked away in the background—you'll be essential to how the company runs, grows, and makes decisions.What You'll Be Responsible ForYou'll manage the full financial lifecycle of the business, from incoming revenue to outgoing spend, with accuracy, accountability, and visibility.Client Billing & Cash FlowManage and execute all client invoicing with precision and consistencyTrack payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain healthy receivablesMonitor cash flow trends and proactively flag risks or issuesExpenses, Vendors & Media SpendOversee all outgoing payments, including vendors, subscriptions, and media-related spendEnsure payments are correct, timely, and properly documentedMaintain organized, accessible financial recordsPayroll OwnershipRun payroll end to end, including salaries, bonuses, and reimbursementsHandle employee onboarding, changes, and offboarding within payroll systemsMaintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy at every stageFinancial Reporting & InsightMaintain real-time, accurate financial recordsPrepare clear monthly financial summaries covering revenue, expenses, and cash positionProvide leadership with visibility into performance and trends to support decision-makingCPA & Compliance SupportServe as the primary point of contact with external accounting partnersSupport monthly close and year-end processesEnsure financial documentation is organized, complete, and audit-readySystems, Process & ScaleOwn and improve financial workflows and operating proceduresIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and increase efficiencyHelp build a financial operating foundation that can scale with the business
