We specialize in premium window, door, and door system replacement while delivering a legendary customer experience from first contact to final installation.We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Event Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our brand and generate qualified homeowner appointments through events, community outreach, and showroom engagement.Position OverviewAs an Event Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the face of Legendary Windows & Doors at home shows, street fairs, community events, festivals, and our showroom. Your primary responsibility will be engaging homeowners, generating qualified leads, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based incentives.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Legendary Windows & Doors professionally at home shows, street fairs, festivals, community events, and showroom locationsEngage homeowners and educate them about our window, door, and door replacement servicesGenerate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultation appointmentsConduct outreach and follow-up communications with prospective customersQualify potential customers by identifying project needs, timelines, and homeownership statusMaintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions within company CRM systemsAssist with event setup, booth presentation, and breakdownCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize event performance and appointment generationProvide feedback on event effectiveness and customer engagement opportunitiesSupport local marketing initiatives and community outreach effortsQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable initiating conversations with new peoplePositive attitude with a customer-service mindsetSales, lead generation, retail, hospitality, event marketing, or customer service experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable using technology and CRM systemsReliable transportation and willingness to travel to local events throughout Southern CaliforniaWeekend availability requiredSchedulePart-Time: 20–30 hours per weekFlexible schedule based on event calendarWeekend availability requiredAdditional weekday showroom shifts availableCompensation & Benefits$18–$22 per hour based on experiencePerformance bonuses and appointment-setting incentivesPaid trainingFlexible schedulingGrowth and advancement opportunitiesEmployee recognition programsWhy Join Legendary Windows & Doors?At Legendary Windows & Doors, we believe great people create legendary experiences.
