Material Handler

Job Summary Join the SLLET Solutions team as a Material Handler in San Jose. We are a local installation and asset logistics company seeking a reliable and proactive team member to manage the movement, storage and staging of commercial assets in our facility. In this important role, your hands-on work in material handling and inventory tracking will ensure our commercial fixtures and installation kits are properly organized and prepared for our field crews. Responsibilities Safely unload incoming freight deliveries and inspect commercial fixtures for accuracy and condition on arrival. Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks to move inventory throughout the facility. Stage, group and prepare asset kits for installation crews according to daily job schedules. Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory movements, update stock locations and maintain accurate digital records. Organize warehouse staging zones to ensure optimal storage, easy asset retrieval and safe traffic flow. Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clear, secure and optimized work environment during operations. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse, material handling or distribution environment. Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, barcode tools or handheld scanners. Confidence in operating standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. Physical stamina to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
