In this position, you will influence both our candidates and our clients by finding the right people for the right jobs. The role requires you to contact and speak with several candidates throughout the day, so you must be comfortable talking on the phone.This position will be 100% in office, and the candidate will need to be local to the Newport News, VA area.Responsibilities:Identify qualified candidates through numerous recruiting toolsFacilitate phone screens, analyze responses, and confirm that candidate qualifications meet our client’s requirements and responsibilitiesPrepare candidate submittal requirements, background checks, drug testing, and orientation to secure a start date for the clientConsistently maintain, clean, and update candidate tracking systemsGrow relationships with candidates and obtain referrals to build your networkMaintain contact with job candidates and deliver constructive and appropriate feedback as neededAid Lead Recruiters and/or Account Managers with recruiting, screening, badges, start sheets, etc. as neededDo you have the following?Bachelor’s degree (preferred)Customer service or sales focused experienceThe grit to exceed goalsPassion for helping othersAbility to think critically about issues that may arise and make creative, strategic plans to navigate those issuesAbility to work with honesty and integrity that will support the best practices of recruitingWhat’s in it for you?$24 an hour based on a 40 hour work weekPotential for overtimeWill receive commission after 60 days in the roleTarget salary of $55,000 - $60,000 in first year based on performanceHealth insurance including vision and dentalShort and Long term disability insuranceAnnual leave (PTO) availableClear path for career growth (Recruiter, to Senior Recruiter, to Account Manager)Collaborative and supportive work environmentIntegrity Staffing Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
