Candidates with less than five years of sales experience will begin with hands-on training and development program at our Oklahoma City office for approximately two years before transitioning into a remote Colorado-based territory role.If you thrive in a goal-oriented environment, enjoy connecting with customers, and are excited by the opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth, we want to hear from you.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, pricing gasoline and diesel deliveries to retail stations, identifying and proposing branding opportunities, obtaining credit applications, quoting customers daily, receiving orders, and assisting with collections.Client Acquisition & ProspectingIdentify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities with retail fuel stations, fleet operators, industrial clients, or agricultural usersConduct in-person sales visits to build relationships and understand customer fuel needsCold call and set appointments with potential customers within an assigned territoryTerritory ManagementTravel regularly (often daily) to meet with clients and prospects across a defined geographic areaMaintain a territory plan to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and prospecting statusSales Presentations & ProposalsDeliver customized presentations highlighting company fuel products, pricing, logistics capabilities, and services Identify branding opportunities for best fit between convenience store operators and company objectivesNegotiate pricing and contract terms for bulk deliveries of gasoline and diesel.Customer Relationship ManagementServe as primary point of contact for assigned accountsConduct regular site visits to check service quality and promote upsellsResolve issues related to delivery schedules, product quality, or billing concernsApplies a level of discernment and prioritization; willing and able to make customer de-selection decisionsCredit & Compliance SupportAssist customers with credit applications and ensure accounts are in good standingEnsure customer compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., storage, metering, tax documentation)Collaboration & ReportingCoordinate with internal logistics, dispatch, credit, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillmentUse CRM systems to track sales activity, pipeline development, and follow-up statusReport on territory performance, customer trends, and competitive insightsEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSSuccessful candidates will demonstrate:Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and analytical thinking skills Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel EducationBachelor’s degree preferred Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company TESTING REQUIREMENTS:Candidate will be required to participate in the following as a condition to hire:Assessment Testing as NeededCulture Index Survey
