Job description: All Star Flooring, Inc. is seeking a seasoned, self-starting sales professional (Account Executive) to join our team. Your role includes developing strategies to create new sales opportunities in this rapidly growing market and closing the deal. You will be an integral part of agreat team in a growing DC/MD/VA market. Prior experience in flooring, construction trade sales, or a similar sales background is desired. What will you do? Develop and maintain relationships with new and current customers, grow existing customer relationships, and conduct outreach to gain new contacts. This sector is experiencing significant growth, so you will be able to quickly meet and exceed sales targets. If you get along well with all types of people, are well-spoken, and are a team player who can juggle multiple people and close deals, this is a great opportunity. Key skills include the following: following up with potential customers, converting contacts into customers, and communicating well (quickly and clearly) via all channels (in person, phone, email).
