Love solving problems and keeping things moving? We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist with energy, organization, and a "get it done" attitude. You'll be the voice our customers hear and the behind-the-scenes hero managing service calls, schedules, and updates, keeping everything running smoothly. We'll appreciate you for it!
What You'll Be Doing (A Day in the Life) You'll never have the same day twice, but here's what your day will usually include:
Answering service calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
Creating accurate service requests and managing details
Helping customers with questions and resolving issues
Acting quickly on urgent tasks and troubleshooting when needed
Communicating with techs on scheduling and updates
Providing clear quotes for services and costs
Pitching in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
Assisting with tasks like preparing invoices with proper pricing and details
You'll Crush This Role If You're Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Skilled at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
Able to work independently and thrive in a team
Self-motivated, quick to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
Experience with third-party billing and ERP software (preferred)
The Physical Stuff (Nothing Wild) Mostly office-based work
Occasional light lifting of office supplies or boxes
A mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
Using computers, phones, and standard office equipment
Also Required Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background check
Must be at least 18 years old
