The successful candidate will be the primary trusted advisor for the firm's most significant family office services clients, leading complex, multi-generational family planning initiatives and ensuring proactive, customized service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate across all service lines, provide integrated solutions, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The Head will also be responsible for providing overall direction for the family office services practice, developing and implementing comprehensive wealth management strategies, and leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals.Applicants must have 15-20 years' of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related advisory services, with a proven track record in managing complex relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families. The role demands a leader with deep expertise in investment strategies, estate planning, tax structuring, insurance, and family governance, as well as strong business acumen and a client-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have a client service-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, and be adept at business development within the family office or private wealth space.
