Must be available during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)Work Location: RemoteJob Description: We are a Michigan-based Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company seeking an experienced Remote Dispatcher & Billing Coordinator to manage daily operations. This is a fully remote position responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling trips, dispatching drivers, and handling billing using RouteGenie. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in NEMT operations who can work independently with minimal supervision. This is a fully remote position. We welcome applicants from outside the United States as long as you are fluent in English and able to work during U.S. business hours.ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls using a VoIP system (Dialpad)Schedule and manage trips in RouteGenieDispatch drivers and optimize routesHandle same-day changes, delays, and problem-solvingCommunicate with patients and healthcare facilitiesManage billing and invoicing (insurance and private pay)Track and follow up on outstanding invoicesMaintain accurate trip and client recordsRequirementsExperience with NEMT dispatching and schedulingExperience using RouteGenie or similar software (TripMaster, Modivcare, MTM, etc.)Experience handling inbound calls professionallyExperience with billing or invoicingStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksMust be fluent in English (spoken and written)Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspacePreferredExperience with Medicaid or facility billingExperience working remotely in a dispatch or logistics roleFamiliarity with healthcare transportation workflows#J-18808-Ljbffr
