We operate on the core values of authenticity, clinical autonomy, and fostering deep relationships within our team and with our clients.Why Join Our Team?We provide a supportive, clinician-focused environment designed to prevent burnout and promote professional mastery.Top-Tier Compensation: $110.00 per billable client hour.Financial Security: Matching retirement plan and Personal Leave ($50/hr for accumulated leave).Professional Growth: $800 annual CEU reimbursement, plus Brainspotting Phase 1 & 2 trainings available locally.Expert Consultation: Ongoing clinical support and Brainspotting consultation provided by a Certified Consultant.Premium Workspace: Secure, private Class A office space in South Anchorage with high-speed internet.Full Administrative Support: We handle the business side—website, EHR (SimplePractice), scheduling, billing, and social media/mail marketing to our established referral network.Flexibility: A modern setting that includes flexible working hours and opportunities for work-from-home days.Major ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, ethical, and culturally competent outpatient therapy to individuals and families.Maintain clinical documentation within the EHR (recommended daily, required within 72 hours).Actively participate as a positive member of the clinical team and engage in case consultation.Stay current with trauma research, best practices, and community referral sources.Maintain good standing with licensing boards and insurance entities.QualificationsEducation: Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field.Licensure: Must be fully licensed in the State of Alaska (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).Clinical Focus: A strong interest in psychological trauma and proficiency in (or a desire to master) "bottom-up" modalities like Brainspotting or EMDR.Skills: Ability to work independently, implement effective time management, and practice consistent self-care.Team Fit: A desire to build deep, authentic professional relationships and contribute to a positive clinic culture.Join a community committed to making a lasting impact.
