Irvine, CA | Civil Litigation Associate (3–5 yrs) | HYBRIDThis role offers a mix of business, real estate, and general liability matters, along with the opportunity to take real ownership of cases in a collaborative, supportive environment.Responsibilities:• Handle cases from inception through resolution• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery• Take and defend depositions• Attend court appearances and hearings• Participate in trial preparation• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counselRequirements:• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience• Experience with motion practice and discovery• Deposition experience preferred• Strong writing and analytical skills• California Bar admission in good standingHighlights:• Hybrid schedule• 130k to 180k base plus bonuses• Manageable caseload• Autonomy with support• PTO & real work life balanceBillables requirement is 1800 hours.
