No book of business required.Here are some of the basics:Maintains relationships with existing client base pursuant to the directives of escrow officers and managementIdentifies and converts prospects to new customersUses a consultative sales approach to analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements, then promotes consideration of title products to fulfill such requirementsDevelops and/or identifies new sales strategies and toolsPresents clients with title and closing production procedures, administrative product information, and demonstrationsObtains and records detailed client profiles used in the delivery of client servicesProvides customer services (e.g., retrieving contracts or delivering commitments and commission checks)Maintains high visibility in the real estate community by representing the company at social and/or business functions and through personal involvement in service groups and business organizationsFosters and maintains professional and collaborative working relationshipsDetermines and reports competitor activities and market conditions to the managerPerforms other duties as assigned by the supervisorAdheres to company policies and guidelinesQualifications:The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skillsProficient relationship-building skillsAbility to effectively communicate and interact with prospective clients, existing clients, co-workers, and managementAbility to effectively present information one-on-one and in group settingsEffective organizational and follow-up skills
