Location: Whitehall, OHSalary: Depends on ExperienceDescription: Location: Columbus, Akron, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Minnetonka, MN, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Pittsburgh, PA and Denver, CO Role Summary The Senior Cloud/AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core services, and Google Vertex AI. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting enterprise workflows through reliable, secure, and well-governed AI agents.Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI agents using Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core, and Google Vertex AIBuild agent workflows including intent handling, tool calling, memory usage, and multi-step task executionDevelop and optimize prompts, system instructions, and grounding strategies to ensure consistent agent behaviorImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns using enterprise data sources, APIs, and document repositoriesIntegrate agents with enterprise systems and APIs (ServiceNow, internal platforms, cloud services)Deploy and manage agents across development, test, and production environmentsImplement security controls including identity, authorization, and data access boundaries for agentsSupport monitoring, logging, and usage analysis to improve agent quality, reliability, and performanceTroubleshoot agent behavior, tool failures, and integration issuesCollaborate with platform, security, and application teams to deliver approved agent use casesContribute to documentation, reusable patterns, and deployment playbooksRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software, platform, or cloud engineeringHands-on experience building LLM-based applications or AI agentsStrong development skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience deploying services in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)Strong experience with APIs, authentication, and integrationsPreferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform extensionsExperience with AWS AI/ML services or Google Vertex AIFamiliarity with agent concepts (tool calling, memory, orchestration)Experience implementing RAG architecturesExposure to CI/CD pipelines and environment promotionExperience operating applications in enterprise or regulated environmentsStrong debugging, documentation, and collaboration skillsBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
