The ideal candidate understands modern social media content, can capture engaging footage with intention, and is able to contribute to the creative process beyond simply filming.As a Content Creator, you will work directly alongside SMC Media’s internal Content Team during client productions, helping bring strategy and creative direction to life through high-performing visual content. This includes capturing short-form vertical content, assisting with production execution, maintaining efficient on-site workflows, and contributing to the overall quality and consistency of client deliverables.Responsibilities Filming vertical short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) Assisting with content direction and execution during shoots Collaborating closely with our Creative Strategists and Content Managers Supporting fast-turnaround creative production workflows Editing and packaging content for deliveryQualificationsStrong videography and camera operation skills Understanding of social media trends and short-form storytelling Ability to work professionally in client-facing environments Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with editing platforms such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar is highly preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel on-site within Austin📍 Location: Austin, Texas (On-Site)🎬 Experience in nightlife, hospitality, lifestyle, or brand content is a plus.If you're interested, please send your resume directly or apply through LinkedIn to be contacted.
